Pingo Pingo
Your pirate ship has dropped anchor at the terrible island of Pingo Pingo. Legend says that the island is full of treasure, including the famous Golden Pineapple, but it also says that treasure is fiercely guarded by hordes of fearsome penguin warriors, some of which ride giant polar bears. That potential danger is why you're alone in your boat, on your own but eager to take a run on the island and try your luck.
For now, only the sound of the waves and the cries of the gulls disturb the peace of this seemingly idyllic island...but as soon as you set foot in the jungle bordering the beach, the drums of war start sounding and you realize that you've suddenly gained the status of prey!

Mysterium
In the 1920s, Mr. MacDowell, a gifted astrologist, immediately detected a supernatural being upon entering his new house in Scotland. He gathered eminent mediums of his time for an extraordinary séance, and they have seven hours to contact the ghost and investigate any clues that it can provide to unlock an old mystery.
Unable to talk, the amnesic ghost communicates with the mediums through visions, which are represented in the game by illustrated cards. The mediums must decipher the images to help the ghost remember how he was murdered: Who did the crime? Where did it take place? Which weapon caused the death? The more the mediums cooperate and guess well, the easier it is to catch the right culprit.

As a group, we’ll consider why so many sci-fi characters make such jammin’ music, and what they want us, as listeners, to do about it.

Pathfinder: 5-02 The Wardstone Patrol
A Pathfinder Society Scenario for characters of 3rd to 7th level (Tier 3–7).
All-out war has erupted on the long-contested border between the crusader nation of Mendev and the demon-infested Worldwound. With the magical defenses that once held the demons at bay failing, defense of the region now falls to small patrols of mobile soldiers to resupply, reinforce, and communicate between the border's many fortresses and outposts. With so much at stake, the Pathfinder Society has enlisted many of its agents to assist in the war effort, both to protect its own interests and to prevent the onrushing tide of demonic attackers from plunging the entire Inner Sea region into chaos. On one such wardstone patrol, however, the party may find itself facing an enemy of an entirely different nature.

Pathfinder: 8-01 Portent's Peril
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–5.
Even in an age where prophecy rarely comes true, many in Varisia hold the mysterious Harrow cards and their predictions in high esteem. The Pathfinder Society’s ally Zeeva Foxglove recently received a Harrow reading as repayment for her generosity, but a rare card appeared and portended imminent doom. Now that these terrible predictions are coming true, Zeeva realizes she cannot weather this storm alone. It’s up to the PCs to save this friend and philanthropist—perhaps by changing fate entirely.
This scenario is designed for play in Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild but can easily be adapted for use with any world. This scenario is compliant with the Open Game License (OGL) and is suitable for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.

Your autograph ticket entitles you to one autograph at a regularly schedule autograph session during the convention. There is no promise of personalization, but the autograph will be signed in your presence.

You may have anything signed that you desire (within good taste and legality). The actors will typically bring personal photos that you can also purchase for that purpose. Items suitable for autographs are readily available in the Dealers Room.

These autograph times are just starting times. The actors will likely be available throughout the day and their return times (if they are absent from the table) will be posted at their table. Please be prompt and courteous. Don’t linger too long asking questions, particularly when there is a long line behind you.

Pathfinder: 5-08 The Confirmation
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for level 1-2.
Almost all Pathfinders undergo extensive training for three or more years to learn the tricks of the trade, and their last test before graduating from the ranks of the initiates to the status of a full Pathfinder agent is the Confirmation, a special research project that involves considerable fieldwork and is designed to simulate the initiates' future work as a Pathfinder. Even the noteworthy field commissioned agents sometimes participate in such trials as a way to familiarize themselves with the Pathfinder Society’s rules and expectations. Although Confirmation is typically an individual affair, the society recently discovered a site on the Isle of Kortos that would be perfect for initiates but perhaps too dangerous to handle alone. Successfully uncovering this site’s secrets will not only contribute to the society’s body of knowledge but shape the exciting careers ahead for each of the prospective agents.

Pathfinder: 7-15 The Deepmarket Deception
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 3-7.
When the Pathfinder Society claimed the Hao Jin Tapestry in Tian Xia, it seemed as though the Aspis Consortium's influence there had ended. An anonymous informant recently identified an Aspis resurgence in Goka's Deepmarket, and Venture-Captain Amara Li hopes that a small, well-trained team can ferret out the villains and prevent any greater atrocities. Can the PCs traverse the Deepmarket's treacherous politics and tunnels and neutralize the Consortium's local ringleader?
Content in "The Deepmarket Deception" also contributes directly to the ongoing storyline of the retired Lantern Lodge faction. Content in this scenario also ties into a special metaplot element from Pathfinder Society Special #6–98: "Serpents Rise". Players who have completed that special event are encouraged to bring its Chronicle Sheet when playing this adventure.

Dice Masters
A collectible dice-building tabletop game designed by Quarriors! creators Michael Elliott and Eric M. Lang. In this game, each player fields one of the superhero teams, with each hero being represented by custom-tooled dice; each team must be composed of up to 20 dice, and a player can "purchase" dice only from his team. Each hero also has one or more character reference cards, which show the special abilities for the characters based on the die rolls. Players use these dice to collect energy, recruit new heroes, and battle head-to-head. In addition, each player brings two basic action cards to the game, which are placed in the center of the table; both players can purchase these cards. A player wins once the opposing player has been reduced to zero life.

Star Trek vs Star Wars
This panel will discuss the greatest on-going sci-fi debate: which one is better, Star Trek or Star Wars? The presentation will contrast and compare the two sci-fi adventures in various ways, such as who had the better special effects, space gadgets, story line, characters or music. Which made the most money? Which affected us more socially and culturally? Which was the most realistic? In the end, the audience’s final vote about which one is the best will speak for itself. After the vote we will have the usual “Yoda” sing-along of the song made famous by Weird Al Yankovich. May the Force Be with You! Live Long and Prosper!

Horror Roleplaying in the Worlds of H.P. Lovecraft

The Great Old Ones ruled the earth aeons before the rise of humankind. Originally they came from the gulfs of space and were cast down by even greater beings. Remains of their cyclopean cities and forbidden knowledge can still be found on remote islands in the Pacific, buried amid the shifting sands of vast deserts, and in the frigid recesses of the polar extremes. Now they sleep--some deep within the enveloping earth and others beneath the eternal sea, in the drowned city of R'lyeh, preserved in the waters by the spells of mighty Cthulhu. When the stars are right they will rise, and once again walk this Earth.

Pathfinder: 6-05 Slave Ships of Absalom
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1-5.
The metropolis of Absalom promotes commerce in its many forms, and although slavery is legal, it is increasingly common for citizens to frown on the institution. The practice becomes more questionable when an ally of the Pathfinder Society traces an attempt at supernatural surveillance through a slave. Sent as independent sleuths, the PCs must track down the source of this espionage, which takes them deep into underbelly of one of Absalom’s darkest industries.
Content in “Slave Ships of Absalom” also contributes directly to the ongoing storylines of the Liberty’s Edge and Sovereign Court factions.

Star Trek Collectibles Auction
A long time ago, in what seems a galaxy far, far away... Stephen Walker used to do convention auctions. For some crazy reason, he’s going to do it again this year. Why, you ask? Because he’s got some stuff worth auctioning. StarFest’s font of information - the guy with the largest Star Trek collection I’ve ever seen in 30+ years of Star Trek collecting -- is selling it off. Let’s just call it what it is, the “Phil Watson almost completely everything ever made for Star Trek” collection.

Make a trip over to the information tables to take a peek at some of the rare stuff that Phil is taking out of the vault to sell at StarFest.

Phil is going to bring down enough stuff for the auction that there are bound to be some great deals to be had. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to our convention charity - The Dumb Friends League of Denver.
